More About Me

An integral part of the Northern Virginia community for over two decades, Ruth Franke brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail to her role as a real estate agent with Corcoran McEnearney in Virginia.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Ruth moved to the Metro D.C. area with her husband and five children in 2002 and added three beloved Portuguese Water Dogs. Her diverse professional background, which began as a forensic toxicologist, instilled in her a profound commitment to accuracy and analysis, a skillset that is invaluable in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions. Following her career in toxicology, Ruth excelled in sales in the life sciences, cultivating enduring professional relationships and honing her expertise in attentive listening and client service.

Beyond her real estate accomplishments, Ruth is deeply committed to her community. She has actively volunteered at her daughters' schools, including The Langley School, The Lab School, and Langley High School. Her extensive connections from visiting her college-age children at institutions such as the University of Virginia, High Point University, Franklin & Marshall, and Wake Forest University, often translate into a broader network benefiting her clients. Furthermore, Ruth demonstrates her dedication to service through her work on the Board of St. Paul's Preschool in Falls Church and her fundraising and volunteer efforts for Childhelp Alice C. Tyler Village and SafeSpot Fairfax, a children's advocacy center.

Ruth is unwavering in her dedication to serving her clients. Her ultimate goal is to always act in their best interests, providing exceptional concierge service to help them seamlessly achieve their dreams in the world of real estate. She combines her analytical precision with a genuine, client-first approach to ensure every transaction is handled with the utmost care and commitment.
